About Us
OVERVIEW
In the 1970s, Indian agriculture faced challenges like outdated fertilizers, micronutrient deficiencies, and limited market access for farmers. To address these issues, the Kailash Fertilizers Nanded, founded in 1972, aimed to enhance farming methods and improve farmers’ livelihoods. The firm developed a project for doubling farmers’ income, focusing on various income sources such as crop and livestock productivity, resource efficiency, cropping intensity, diversification, price improvement, and shifts to non-farm occupations. Under the Multi-State Co operative Societies Act, 2004, Krushna Godavari KBBUVVSS Ltd., Kanadwadi, District Sangli was established to tackle agricultural challenges by providing superior farmer extension services and supplying a wide range of fertilizers and crop protection products. The initiative, initiated in 2008, has expanded its business network across Maharashtra, including Pandharpur, Karad, Kolhapur, Dharashiv, Nanded, Tamsa, Kavathe Mahankal, Belgaum, Vijaypur, Raibag and nationwide.
